Mr. Peacock was the son of the late Joseph and Florence Merritt Peacock and was born on Jan. 25, 1889, at Theodosia. He was married on Feb. 4, 1914, to Florence Young who survives him.
Besides his widow, Mr. Peacock is survived by a son, Gordon Peacock of Theodosia; a daughter, Mrs. Nina Sue Turley of Kansas City, Kan.; four half-sisters, Mrs. Jessie Rose of Theodosia, Mrs. Glessie Stehle of Ocie, Mrs. Leah Hogard of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Flossie Jones of Rogersville, Mo.; and six grandchildren.

NOTE about Kelley's name. He signed his name spelled Kelley on his World War I draft registration card, so I have used that spelling in the heading.
