QUESENBERRY, Lou Ada, 82, of 623 Ridge Avenue in Pulaski, died Thursday morning, June 1, 2000 in Sunbridge Care Center in Dublin. Born in Giles County on October 7, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Harve P. and Annie Poff Brumfield.

She was raised in and attended The Christian Church most of her life.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Lee Quesenberry; a brother, Court Brumfield; and a sister, Alma Mills.

Surviving are her husband, Arnold Lee Quesenberry; a son and daughter-in-law, Lance and Barbara Hoffman Quesenberry of Annandale; two granddaughters, Robin Quesenberry and Jenna Quesenberry; two brothers, Raymond Brumfield of Pearisburg and Lorenzo Brumfield of Pembroke; a sister, Lida Brumfield of Pembroke.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow Street in Pembroke with the Rev. Tom McCrea officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery at Hoges Chapel near Pembroke. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.
