GLOVERVILLE --Entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 6, 2009, Ms. Martha Campbell Cantrell, 61, of Gloverville, wife of the late Thomas Lee Cantrell and daughter of the late Herbert H. Campbell, Jr. and the late Beryl "Bell" Rumley Campbell. She is survived by a daughter, Joyce Howard of Wagener; brothers, Aaron Campbell and Donnie H. Campbell, both of Aiken; a sister, Violet C. Fulmer of Aiken; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Cantrell. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. You might say that she was a wheeler dealer, as she enjoyed going to auctions; sometimes bidding on and sometimes selling items. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and all whose lives she touched. A celebration of her life will be held today, Friday, May 8, 2009, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with the Rev. Bruce Fox officiating. The interment will follow at the Langley Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Al Norris, Robby Howard, A.J. Campbell, Donald Rhoden, Robert Ergle and Danny Cantrell. Memorials in Ms. Cantrell's honor may be made to Regency Hospice, 105 Summerwood Way, Aiken, SC 29803. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Graniteville, is in charge of the arrangements.
