Felipe "Cannon Ball" Aragon, age 64, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 7, 2003. Felipe was a life long resident of Bernalillo and a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Felipe was preceded in death by his parents, Evaristo and Erlinda Aragon, a sister, Selma Aragon, brother, Roger Aragon and his first wife, Maria C. Aragon. Felipe is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann Aragon of the family home, his children, Theresa, Margaret, and Paul Philip Aragon and his wife, Karen, nine grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild. Also surviving are one sister, Rose Diaz and her husband, Willie, six brothers, Enrique and his wife, Genova, Orlando and his wife, Rose, Ramon and his wife, Goretti, Manuel and his wife, Maryann, Bernardo and his wife, Lucy, and Jose and his wife, Diana, sister-in-law, Beatrice Aragon and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Felipe will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those who knew and loved him. Visitations will be on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, in Bernalillo. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. also at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Paul Robert Aragon, Leonard Archibeque, Julio Aragon, Reno Aragon, Raul Aragon and Raymond Aragon. Honorary bearers will be Alex Aragon, Joseph Aragon, Anthony Aragon, Richard Archibeque, Anthony Archibeque, Alex Chavez, Sean Frazier and Henry Rivera.
