The following iInformation taken from the book, "Catholic Church Records of the Pacific Northwest, St Paul, Vols. I, II, II." "Eldest daughter of Etienne Lucier and Josephte Nouite, Felicite married Chief Trader Donald Manson about 1828. As Manson was non-Catholic and since most of their married life was spent in remote posts, no records are found until her death in 1867 after they had retired to a farm at Champoeg. She was the mother of eight children. Her grave in Old St Paul cemetery is unmarked, as are all in the old burial ground".
