Mrs. Sarah E. Warner, 83, a highly respected resident of Bradford for the past 55 years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nathan Marks, 46 Calvin Court. Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, following an illness of the past month.

Mrs. Warner was born on Nov. 11, 1865, at Angelica, NY. She was the daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. Harrison Rutherford, prominent pioneer residents of this community. Mrs Warner cane here with her parents in 1894 and has lived here since. Her husband, William A. Warner died several years ago.

She was a member of the First Methodist Church.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Nathan Marks; two granddaughters, Miss Rita Warner of Erie, and Miss Natalie Marks of Bradford; three sisters, Mrs. George Mayhew, of Bradford, Mrs. Minnie Atherton, of Spencerport, NY; and Mrs. George Conrad of Perry, NY

The remains were removed to the Koch-Chatley Memorial Chapel where friends are invited to call between the hours of 3 and 5 p.m. and 7 and 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be held from the Koch-Chatley Memorial Chapel Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with the Rev. Clement Yinger, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Dale Cemetery
