The condition of the above Obligation is such, that, whereas, the above bound DAVID T. TEMPLIN has been appointed Guardian of A. J. BIRD and NANCY A. BIRD, minor heirs of JOHN BIRD Now, if the said D. T. TEMPLIN shall well and truly perform the duties which are, or may be, required in full force and virtue. Acknowledged and approved in } D. T.
