SPRINGFIELD — Barbara Scroggins of Springfield died June 21 of cancer. She was 58. A private memorial service is planned.
She was born Aug. 26, 1952, in Los Angeles to Anthony and Margaret Terrones. She married Marion Scroggins in 1973. He died in 2003.
She graduated from Pioneer Pacific College in 2006 with a medical assistant degree. She worked for more than 20 years in the bar code scanner business.
Survivors include her parents; two daughters, Summer Branch of Springfield and Janell Scroggins of Portland; a sister, Louise Grijalva of Los Angeles; two brothers, Kenneth Terrones of Dallas, Texas, and Timothy Terrones of Los Angeles; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
I knew and worked with Barb for over 20 years..She was a great lady and lots of fun..She had the prettiest smile
and she smiled a lot..She was also a friend of my son
Edmund.
She dearly loved her daughters and grandchildren and is
so greatly missed..
