Born February 13, 1949, in Camden, NJ, he was the son of Elizabeth T. (Fink) Nettleton and the late James A. Nettleton, Sr.
Jim was a graduate of Penn Manor High School, attended Millersville University, and graduated from Northern Virginia Community College, American University, Washington, D.C. and Temple University School of Law.
As an attorney, Jim thoroughly enjoyed spending much of his career in many types of court venues.
Jim will be lovingly missed by his wife, Susan, of Lancaster; his mother, Elizabeth, of Lancaster; a brother, Paul R. Nettleton, husband of Audrey, of Strasburg; a sister, Diana M. Gramm, of Mountville as well as his nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at the Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home, 320 Blue Rock Road, Route 999, Millersville, on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 2 PM with a viewing between 1 and 2 PM. Interment will be in the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.
