Engineer and politician. He also devoted himself to farming, and he was the first producer of copies of the Shortorn race in Argentina. He shares the Revolution of 1893 and was elected Deputy for the Province of Buenos Aires in 1894; in 1896 he was appointed Municipal Commissioner of the city of Buenos Aires and also Minister of Agriculture of the Nation. He also was a member of the National Academy of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine.
