Obituary - James M. Overton, 71 years old died Thursday at his home on East Main street, Patchogue. Mr. Overton was born at Coram, but lived in Patchogue most of his life. He was in the livery business for years, but was obliged to retire about twelve years ago following a stroke of apoplexy. He is survived by his widow and three children, Havens M. Overton of Patchogue, Mrs. William O. Craft of Oyster Bay and Mrs. Watson Apgar of Stamford, Conn. He also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Silas Rogers of Bellport and Mrs. Monroe Conklin of Patchogue.
Also - Patchogue.—James Overton died Friday morning at his home, East Main street, aged 71 years. Funeral services were held Sunday at his home, Rev. Wilbur Schoenhoven officiating. Interment in Cedar Grove cemetery.
