Mrs. Millie White
Mrs. Millie White, 75, former Decatur resident, died in Peoria at about 8:30 p.m. Monday. Mrs. White moved to Peoria about three years ago.
She leaves daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Mast and Mrs. Bula Garver, both of Peoria; sons, Shelby Baugher, Champaign, and Forest Baugher, of England. Three brothers, Ester Scroggins, Bethany, Noble R. Scroggins and Alva Scroggins, Decatur, and a sister, Mrs. F. C. Willy, Decatur, also survive.
