Adult Film Actress. She is best remembered for appearing under the name Holly Landers in such adult films as "The World's Luckiest Patient" (1999), "California Calendar Girls" (1999), "High Fly" (1998), and "Fountain of Youth" (1999). Born Veronica Browning of mixed Spanish and Portuguese extraction, she came of age in the early 1990s and began a modeling career. To earn extra money, she began stripping in clubs, and found that her natural beauty was a draw. In the late 1990s, she moved on to adult films, making an estimated 200 films during her short career. During this time, she appeared on the Howard Stern show twice, the Playboy Channel, and was seen in the World Wrestling Federation Raw show. She was also interviewed in New Yorker magazine. While on vacation in San Jose, Costa Rica, she was killed when a drunk driver struck the car she was driving on New Years Day, dying at the age of 30. Since her death, several adult films have been made using previously filmed material and outtakes, including "Ripe 21" (2004).
