"Mama" was my mother-in-law, we didn't always see eye-to-eye,in the beginning, but, grew to respect and love each other. She loved God, and her family very much. I have the deepest respect and love for this woman.

I loved to hear her sing. One of her fav.'s was "I'll Fly Away"- if, I close my eyes and listen, I can can hear her singing it.

("I'll Fly Away"

Some glad morning when this life is over,
I'll fly away.
To a home on God's celestial shore,
I'll fly away.

I'll fly away, O Glory,
I'll fly away.
When I die, Hallelujah, bye and bye,
I'll fly away.

When the shadows of this life have flown,
I'll fly away.
Like a bird thrown, driven by the storm,
I'll fly away.

I'll fly away, O Glory,
I'll fly away.
When I die, Hallelujah, bye and bye,
I'll fly away.

Just a few more weary days and then,
I'll fly away.
To a land where joy shall never end,
I'll fly away.

I'll fly away, O Glory,
I'll fly away.
When I die, Hallelujah, bye and bye,
I'll fly away.

She shares a double stone with her husband, and is buried next to thier son, Dennis.

Rest in Peace, Mama. I love you.

Hi Grandma I know you are with my mom now. She talked about you all the time. I miss her and you so much. Trent is now 13 and that means you have been gone that long. It seems like just yesterday. The church is so pretty grandpa and you would be so proud!...(Read more)
