ISADORE G. YARBROUGH, age 17, married on December 28, 1852 in Alabama to Daniel Henry Newman, age 26, becoming his second wife. He and Isadore both came to Texas in 1857, settling in the Appleby area of Nacogdoches County. Daniel and Isadore spent the remainder of her years on the farm in Appleby, Texas. A monument has been placed at her burial place indicating her death in the year 1899.
