Bernard Senger, age 81, 853 Vine St., died at 5:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in Mercy Hospital. He had been a patient since January 16 when he fell and was injured in his home. Mr. Senger was born in Minster, O., March 21, 1859, the son of Frank and Catherine Vielhaber Senger. He came to Hamilton in 1884 and in that year married Elizabeth Lagedrost in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She died September 8, 1931. Mr. Senger was a carpenter contractor, retired since 1928. He was a devout Catholic, a regular attendant at services at St. Stephen's Catholic Church and a member of the Married Men's Society. He leaves four sons, Frank Senger, Joseph Senger, Lawrence Senger, and Albert Senger, all of Hamilton; two daughters, Lillian and Agnes Senger; and one brother, Frank Senger of Attloma, Tex., and 13 grandchildren. Lawrence and Albert Senger operate the Central Tire Company here. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 8:30 o'clock in the M.J. Colligan Funeral Home, 425 Walnut St., and at 9 o'clock at the St. Stephen's Church, with burial in St. Stephen's Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 o'clock Friday afternoon.
