WENDEL -- Wilma A., 80, Rebekah Manor, Ebensburg, formerly of Westwood, died Dec. 13, 2001, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Feb. 10, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of George C. and Myra (Seese) Berkley. Preceded in death by parents, husband, Wilbur O. "Bill,:' sister, Violet Rimer; and brother, Carman. Survived by daughters, Winifred, married to William Kruhm, Irwin; and Connie, married to Rick Fetzer, Johnstown; and grandchildren, Brian, Jeffrey and Douglas Kruhm; and Bethany Fetzer. Sister of Esther Fritz, Hollsopple, and George "Bud," Johnstown. Member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Lifelong pianist and organist at various local churches and a Sunday School teacher. Retired employee of Penn Traffic Co. and later Hess's. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, the Rev. David Streets. Interment, Berkey Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation.
