I did find the Bledsoe children [Ethel (Aug 1887) 13, Wiley (Mar 1889) 11, Norrah (Oct 1891 8], all listed in the IOOF home during the 1900 census for Navarro Co., TX.
In the 1910 census for Dallas Ward 9, Dallas Co., TX (index) Nora (age 19) and Willie (age 21) Bledsoe are living as "boarders" with Mrs. W. M. Clark (age 38) and her daughters. Unknown, if any, relationship.
