Cecil A. Wilson Jr., R. 2, Belle Center, was killed instantly Thursday afternoon in a school bus mishap in New Richland.
He was seven years old and a first grade student at the Benjamin Logan Elementary School in Belle Center.
He was born Feb. 6, 1972, in Hardin County and had resided all of his life in New Richland. He was the son of Cecil A. Sr. and Shirley A. Schultz Wilson.
He attended the New Richland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents; a sister and brother, Eva Lynn and Samuel Cecil. both at home; two half-sisters, Mary Franczak at home, aid Elizabeth Jane Simon of Brookville, Fla.; two half-brothers, William J. Wilson of South Charleston and James A. Franczak of Willard; maternal grandparents, Mrs. Genevieve Schultz of Willard and Albert C. Schultz of Wheeling, W.V.; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Emma Alexander of Chillicothe; aunts and uncles; nieces and. nephews.
Two half-sisters and one half-brother are deceased.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Donald H. Beightol of the New Richland Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Monday in the Hilty Funeral Home, Belle Center.
Following the funeral service, graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. in the Twin Township Cemetery, Bourneville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
