Nora Lee Stickel was the first child of the marriage of Joseph Albin and Effa 'Effie' (Stanwood/Hough) Stickel. Just after her early life she married a Aubrey Lloyd. She died 25+ years before her husband, and 'family lore' has it that upon his death Nora was 'reinterred' with her husband Aubrey in Green Hill Cemetery, Berryville, Clarke Co., VA. Her gravestone here at Mountain Baptist I took a picture of (and still have in my records) back in early 1990's, and her's is the only name on the stone. 'Nora Stickel' is listed on the stone as the 'Wife of Aubrey Lloyd.' As of June 2011, there is no listing for a Aubrey Lloyd in FIND A GRAVE being buried in Green Hill Cemetery.
