Jarrel was a lifelong resident of Butler County. He was a welder at Darling Store Fixture in Corning AR. He was also a member of the Stoddard County Cowboy Church and enjoyed fishing and karaoke.
Surviving are his two daughters, Jarrica & Jaylyn; one son Landon; his mother Joyce Williams; 5 sisters, Renea, Charlotte, Mary, Tabatha, & Irish. 4 brothers, Freddie Jr, Mark, Cody, & Gary,and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Freddie Williams & a brother Tony Williams.
