All the days ordained for me
were written in your book
before one of them
came to be." Psalm 139:16

You have died in Valor..A Hero who pushed two Children away to save their Lives while Facing Danger yourself.
You will always be Loved by those who knew you and never Forgotten.Lucy your minister told me that they had a Memorial for you and over 70 People showed up.

Dear Scott in Heaven,
I just found out a few days ago from Lucy that you gave your life to the Lord a Week before you died.God called you Home to be with Him.
It was an Answer to my Prayers..God has a way of letting us know and he let me know..
I can't wait to see you in Heaven..I'm sure you are walking by The Lord's side right now..The Happiest you have ever been!!..

Very quietly, without a word,
You walked away from loved ones,
You owned a good heart,
now it still rests, but never forget;
it is so difficult to understand,
that we will never see you again here on Earth.
Only in Heaven

FHP investigation into fatal crash continues
POSTED: January 5th, 2011
The Florida Highway Patrol is still looking into a fatal traffic crash that involved a Cape Coral woman. Christopher Scott Simonton, 46, of North Fort Myers, was hit by a vehicle and killed on Nov. 28 when he attempted to cross U.S. 41 near Brown Road. The driver of the involved vehicle, Ashley Nicole Derose, 21, was not hurt. According to a FHP report, Simonton had crossed the southbound lanes of U.S. 41 and had stopped in the grass median. Derose was traveling north in the inside lane of U.S. 41 when Simonton entered the road and was struck. As of Wednesday, the crash remained open and under investigation. No charges had been filed in connection to the accident, FHP staff reported. Simonton violated Derose's right of way, according to the report. Officials are awaiting test results to determine if Simonton was intoxicated when the crash occurred. Derose was not under the influence of alcohol at that time, officials reported.
