Minnie V. Wonderling is the daughter of Miles Wonderling and Annie E. Painter. After her parents divorced her mother married Benjamin "Frank" Franklin Miller.

Minnie's first husband was John Triffet Dawson. Her second husband was Alfred Lee Young.

The Derrick, Oil City, Venango County, PA:
Mrs. Minnie V. Young, 85, died Wednesday afternoon at Clarview Rest Home in Sligo.
She was a former Kellersburg resident.
Born July 12, 1894, in Jefferson County, she was a daughter of the late Miles and Annie Painter Wonderling.
She was first married to John T. Dawson on November 4, 1916. He died January 30, 1927.
She later married Alfred L. Young on October 24, 1958. He died May 18, 1969.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Merle (Florence) Bish of Lamartine and Mrs. Warren (Gladys) Hetrick of Kellersburg; five step children, Mrs. Faye Woods of Akron, Mrs. Richard Johnson and Mrs. Dale Folk, both of Meadville, Miss Hazel Young of Louisana and Mrs. Joe Pintelle of Venus, Fla.
She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and a half sister Mrs. Preston Anthony of Corry.
Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands; two sons John T. Dawson and Donald A. Dawson and one brother, Robert.
She was a member of Springside Baptist Church in New Bethlehem.
Friends are being received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Rev. William Plough of Springside Baptist Church will officiate.
Interment will be New Bethlehem Cemetery.
