Clay was born in Redkey, IN, and graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1932. He attended and worked at Camp Crosley for many years.
Mr. Ball was employed with Chevrolet in Muncie for 38 years. He was a life member of Muncie Elks Lodge, and a past member of the Moose Lodge #33 and Eagles Lodge #231 F.O.E.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary C. Standish Ball in 2010; his son, Larry Ball in 2008; a twin brother, Claude Ball in 1991; and his former wife, Evelyn McDowell.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, north of Muncie.
