Levi Griffin, a well known farmer of the Byrdtown community, a few miles southeast of Blossom, died at his home early yesterday morning. He had been in declining health for the past few months.
He was born in Mississippi and came here from his native state between 30 & 40 years ago, locating in the vicinity of Blossom. He was 75 year old. His wife died about a year and a half ago.
He is survived by 5 sons and a daughter. One of the sons, S.S. Griffin, lives in Paris, and the others live in Blossom.
