Former Millville Resident, 63, Dies

Clarence Dixon, 63, died Saturday at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital in Cape May Court House after three years' illness. Originally from Millville he was a resident of Belleplain for five years.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Harris Dixon; a son, Paul Dixon, Petersburg; four grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Herman Kortman and Mrs. James Davis, of Pennsville, Mrs. Charles Pangburn, Mrs. James McFadden, Mrs. Lawrence Sheppard, Miss Stella Dixon, of Millville; two brothers, William H. Dixon, Jr., and Howard Dixon, of Millville.

Funeral services will be held from the Nelson W. Laning Funeral Homes, Leesburg, Tuesday at 2 p.m. and interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville. Friends may call tonight at the funeral home from 7 to 8.30.
