Kalkaska Resident Passes Away
Clarence A. Peck, 69, a longtime resident of Kalkaska, died of an apparent heart attack Friday, July 17, 1970 while visit ing in Manton.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 20, 1970 from the Schwartz-Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska, Richard Jones, minister of the Rapid City Church of Christ officiated with burial in Leetsville cemetery, Kalkaska county.
He was born November 6, 1900 the son of Floyd and Elizabeth Ransome Peck.
Surviving are: three sons, Theodore of Lansing, Thomas of Three Rivers, and Virgil of Kalkaska, a daughter, Joyce Six of Cadillac; 16 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; three brothers, Ora of Boyne City, Theodore of East Jordan and Roy of Three Rivers, and a sister, Mrs. Isadore Dotoes of Detroit.
