Miss Lydia G. Schafer, 65, of 907 N. 6th St. died at 5:12 a.m. Friday at Memorial Hospital. Surviving are two brothers, George P. and Harry both of Petersburg; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Geriets, Mrs. Emma Smedley both of Springfield and Mrs. Mary Greenwald of Athens. Services will be a 2 p.m. Sunday at Hurley Funeral Home, Petersburg. Rev. Allen Pons will officiate and burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
