He was born in Stokes County Jan. 5, 1918, to the late Robert E. and Anice Smart Creasey.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Creasey was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jefferson Creasey.
He was a retired tobacco farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Creasey is survived by a brother, William Creasey of Stuart and two sisters, Rachael Rogers of Stuart and Zula Mae Haney of Florida.
Funeral services for Mr. Creasey will by held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at State Line Primitive Baptist Church with Elder John Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow in the State Line Community Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 Tuesday evening at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.
