Robert Autry Inman was a Grand Ole Opry member and Country Music songwriter. He first performed with Cowboy Copas among others and eventually performed as Autry Inman and the Inmates. He is listed in the Alabama Country Music Hall of Fame and holds the record for "most songs written ad recorded in a single year". (bio by: boyce owen)
