Gladys Marie Campbell, 60, of Stanley, died on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at Consulate Health Care in Woodstock.
She was born on March 15, 1951, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Ausbey Wilton and Mertie Marie McCoy Campbell.
Ms. Campbell was a member of the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by two brothers, Randy W. and Journey W. Campbell, both of Stanley; and two sisters, Ollie M. Stoneberger and Betty L. McCoy, both of Stanley. She was preceded in death by a brother, Steven J. Campbell.
A funeral service was conducted on Friday, May 27, at the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church by the Rev. Jack Campbell and Pastor Randy Miller. Burial was in the McCoy Family Cemetery in Stanley.
