Charles M. Lynch, 77, formerly of 123 Adelia St., Middletown, died Thursday at Dauphin Manor.
He was retired from New Cumberland Army Depot, where he worked in the classified document section, and was a former mail carrier for the Postal Service. He was a past exalted ruler of the Middletown Elks and a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Middletown, Middletown Union Fire Company, Middletown Moose Lodge 410 and the Hershey Italian Lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Bertha R. Caley Lynch; a son, Fred E. of Fairmont, W.Va.; a daughter, Linda L. Ricedorf of Rheems; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Monday at the Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown. Burial will be in Falmouth Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 9: 30 to 10: 30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, where Elks services will be held at 10 a.m.
