Frances Marguerite Tyner, 93, of Marion, died at 4:15 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at Marion General Hospital.

She was born Aug. 29, 1917 in Shelby County to the late Arra and Ella Conner Howe. She married Frank Dorman Tyner on Oct. 2, 1942. He preceded her in death on March 20, 1977. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Butler.

Surviving are two daughters, Rita Guenin (husband: Oren) of Marion and Kathy Swink (husband: Dave) of Lafayette; 5 grandchildren, Steve (Wendy) Guenin, Noblesville, Jeff (Michelle) Guenin, Lafontaine, Laura Guenin, Indianapolis, Mark (Erin) Harrell, Frankfort, Ky. and Craig (Brooke) Harrell, Noblesville; 9 great-grandchildren, Jacob Guenin, Alec Guenin, Jordyn Guenin, Chase Guenin, Makena Harrell, Trey Harrell, Dillan Harrell, Danielle Harrell and Ellie Harrell; a sister-in-law, Jane Tyner; a brother-in-law, Kenny (Eva) Butler and several nieces & nephews.
