Nannie was the daughter of Oliver and Margaret (Johnson) Clay. She married Mr. Lovejoy in West Virginia.

Mrs. Nannie Lovejoy, 76, of Hugheston, died Wednesday, in Laird Memorial Hospital in Montgomery after a long illness. She leaves 64 direct descendants.
services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Church of God in London with the Rev. Ralph Parsons officiating.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. rosie Richards of Dorothy, Mrs. Lillie Ayers and Mrs. Myrtle Reamey, both of London; three sons, Boyd Dotson, Elmer Dotson of Spurlockville, and Herbert Lovejoy of Hugheston; a brother, Will Clay of Logan County; 31 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. The body will be taken to the home of a grandson, Robert Haynes of London, today at 2 p.m. from B. C. Hooper Funeral Home in Montgomery.
