According to Edna's sister, Lula Quick King, Edna is buried here in an unmarked grave. Not sure if anyone ever went back & placed a marker. Obituary from The Delta Democrat-Times confirms she is buried here along with her infant son who died with her on Nov. 3, 1953 at King's Daughters Hospital in Greenville. (See obituary below).

Edna married 1st Wiley Barnes. They had 1 son, Wiley J. Barnes (Wiley Barnes Jr).
Edna married 2nd Cordell H. "Bill" Poteet. It is said by her sister that Edna had 9 children by Bill but some died as babies, those survived to adulthood were: Catherine, Mary Louise, Alvin William, Cordell Lee, James and Garland.

Mrs. C. H. Poteet and her infant son, of near Glen Allan, died in King's Daughters Hospital at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday about five hours after being admitted to the hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Assembly of God Church in Hampton at 2 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. L. C. Hall. Burial will be in Greenfield Cemetery at Glen Allan. National Funeral Home of Greenville is in charge. She was 31.
Mrs. Poteet was born and reared at Morton and came to Glen Allan 15 years ago to make her home. Her husband is a Glen Allan farmer.
She leaves her husband; two daughters, Katherine and Mary Louise Poteet, all of near Glen Allan; five sons, Cordell Lee, James, Garland and William Poteet, and Willie Barnes, Jr., a son by a former marriage, all of Glen Allan; her father, B. H. Quick of Glen Allan. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Valeria Mosley of Glen Allan, Mrs. Lula King of Florence, Arizona, and three brothers, John [sic: Jodie], Wesley and Bennie Quick, all of Florence, Arizona.

POTEET SERVICE CHANGED TO THURSDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. C. H. Poteet, 31, who died along with her infant son early Tuesday in King's Daughters Hospital, will be conducted at the Assembly of God Church at Hampton at 4 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. L. C. Hall. Burial will be in Greenfield Cemetery at Glen Allan, National Funeral Home is in charge.
The services were originally planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, but were postponed to Thursday to permit time for relatives from Arizona to attend.
