Joyce E. Bailey, 69, Altoona, died Fri., May 6, 2011 at Altoona Hospital. She was born in Altoona to John G. & Lois (Harris) Gampe. She married William E. Bailey on May 30, 1973, in West Virginia and he died in November 1994. Survived by 3 children: Randal J. Plowman; Penny J. Smith & husband, Michael, and Jacqueline (Plowman) Steinbugl; granddaughter, Kari Lingenfelter; gr. grandson, Braydon A. Lingenfelter; sisters: Carol A. Love and Laura Rodriquez; and extended family. Joyce was a graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. She retired as a CNA from the Presbyterian Home at Hollidaysburg after 15 years of service and was also a licensed beautician. Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Juniata, Altoona. Interment, Geeseytown Cemetery.
