Elizabeth "Lizzie" immigrated from England c. 1891. She had a twin brother, John Clark Holden who also came over from England. Lizzie and husband, Nathan married September 26, 1899 in Anniston, Calhoun County, Alabama. She was survived by her daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Price of Dallas, Texas and her son Lowell Crawford of Yuma, Arizona. Her parents were Joseph Holden and Emma Matilda Kerrison.
