HARVEY PAUL DeCHAINE A long time resident of San Leandro died in Hayward on Sunday, May 19th. He was 87. Husband of 55 years to Agnes DeChaine of San Leandro. Father of Dian Pittam and her husband Ray of Concord and Carol DeChaine of San Leandro. Brother of Evelyn Ramsdell and Helen Richmond of Minnesota and Betty Wienke of Florida. Preceded in death by his parents, his brother Leo and sister Eva. Harvey was retired from the Alameda Naval Air Station where he worked 30 years as an Aircraft Examiner. He was also a U. S. Navy Veteran of WWII. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimers Association of Northern California, 2065 W. El Camino Real, Mt. View, CA 94040. Private family services were held.
