Mitzi L. Holley, 59, of Martinsville, died Friday, Feb. 7, 2003, at Beverly Healthcare Center, Martinsville.
She was born in Henry County on March 1, 1943, to Judge C. Holley and Anna Manning Holley, both deceased. She also was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Holley.
After graduating from Drewry Mason High School and Longwood College, she taught school for 33 years.
She was a member of Granbery United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two brothers, Jerry C. Holley and John W. Holley, both of Martinsville.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Roselawn Burial Park with the Rev. Tildon Bridges officiating.
The family will receive friends at McKee-Stone Funeral Services from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. today. At other times friends are being received at the home of her brother, Jerry C. Holley, 3100 Mt. Olivet Road, Martinsville.
