In 1941, she married her beloved husband Peter and they were married for thirty-four years until his death in 1975. She loved life and was devoted to her family and friends. Frances was "Mom" to her nieces Cathy Sverev and Cindy Scott, raising them from a young age after the death of their parents.
She is survived by her daughter Joyce Maruca (Chuck) and son Peter Aprato (Kathy), grandchildren Alison Maruca (Dave), Jason Maruca, Brandon Maruca, Lana Obert (Steve) and Jeff Aprato, great-grandchildren Aidan and Zoe Beveridge, nieces Cathy Sverev and Cindy Scott, and brother-in-law David Aprato (Juliette).
Graveside Services will be held on May 9, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Glendale, California.
