BETTENDORF -- Pearl E. Uchtorff, 95, of Bettendorf, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2003, at the Kahl Home in Davenport. Private family services will be held Saturday. Visitation will be 4-5:30 p.m. Friday at The Runge Mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Kahl Home for Aged and Infirm.

Pearl Uchtorff was born in Hardwick, Minn., June 22, 1908. She was married to Al Uchtorff in 1928 and together they owned the Uchtorff Company. Al preceded her in death in 1979. Their son, Dick, preceded her in death in 1988.

Pearl was a charter member of The Davenport Club and a member of the Outing Club. Her hobby was reading.

Survivors include three granddaughters; and two great-granddaughters. Several nephews and nieces also survive.
