Charles C. McBride, 61, Transfer, formerly of New Bedford, died suddenly in his home Thursday evening at 6:20, following a heart attack.
He was born in Lawrence county, December 15, 1872, the son of Mr. and Mrs. D. C. McBride and had engaged in farming during his lifetime.
He was a member of the New Bedford United Presbyterian church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elsie Steelsmith McBride, and a son, Walter D., of Transfer.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m., from the New Bedford United Presbyterian church with the Rev. Henry Ostermeier officiating. Interment will be made in the Mahoning United Presbyterian church.
