AGED LADY DEAD.


Mrs. Elizabeth Golbrecht died at the home at Millport Monday, January 22, aged 67 years. Funeral services were held yesterday, conducted by Rev. Holloway and interment made in the Millport cemetery.


Mrs. Golbrecht was born near Sand Hill and had spent her entire life in that section.

MRS. ELIZA G0LBRICHT DIES AT HER HOME IN RUTLEDGE; BURIAL THERE


Funeral Services Held There on Wednesday; Survived by Her Husband, Nine Children.


Rutledge, Mo., Jan. 26.—Mrs. Eliza Golbricht, wife of Hiram Golbricht, died at her home in Rutledge Monday. She was born near Sand Hill, Mo., April 2, 1855. Here she grew to womanhood. Before her marriage she was Miss Eliza Hanger. She was married to Hiram Golbricht June 2, 1872, over 60 years ago. Fourteen children were born, six sons and eight daughters. Five have preceded their mother in death. Mrs. Golbricht possessed a cheerful and pleasant disposition, always ready to extend a helping hand to those in need. She was held in high esteem. She united with the Millport Christian church 47 years ago. Her husband and nine children were at her bedside when she died. She leaves her husband, three sons, Leo Golbricht of near Knox City, George W. and S. V. Golbricht of near Rutledge, and six daughters, Mrs. John Parrish, Mrs. J. J. Rekers, Mrs. Lawrence Keifer, Mrs. Martin Kiesow of near Rutledge, and Mrs Enos Edwards and Mrs. Willie Anderson of near Knox City; 30 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of these being present at her funeral. Also she leaves two half brothers, Henry Haller of Spokane, Wash.; Charles Haller of Las Vegas, Nev.; two half sisters, Mrs. Carrie Davis of St. Louis and Mrs. Harry Releford of Gorin. Her funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the Millport Christian church. A large crowd of friends and neighbors met to pay a tribute of respect to one that had been in their midst so long Six of her grandsons acted as pall bearers. The services were conducted by Rev. P. V. Holloway of Gorin.
