Bridget Snow was the wife of Joseph Snow of Nottingham West, NH. Sometime after his death in 1747, she moved to Plymouth. Her son Henry lived in Plymouth with his family. Bridget is buried in a cemetery the town clerk told me is called the Spencer Cemetery and is the oldest in the area. It is located on the north side of NH 25 about 3.2 miles west of hwy 3 or I 93, off the road in a field, down a slope behind (what was in 1998) an ice cream shop. It contains about 20 quite old graves, most in poor condition with illegible stones. Surprisingly, that of Bridget Snow is in good condition and easy to read. (Next to Bridget's grave is that of Amos Philip, a name I could make out only with great difficulty. I could not read the dates.)
Bridget and Joseph Snow's son Henry died in Plymouth, NH, about 1770. Henry and wife Miriam (née Rust) were the parents of Nehemiah, Benjamin, Miriam (married Solomon Bayley), Henry, and Robert. (Miriam Rust Frost Snow also had children Benjamin, Rebecca, and Miriam by her first husband, Benjamin Frost.) It is likely that Henry and Miriam are also buried in this cemetery in graves no longer extant.
