Harry Erman Bucher, 67, a native of Adams county and a retired carpenter, died this morning at 6:30, at his home in Cashtown after an illness of three years. He is survived by his widow, the former Sherry Donaldson, and three brothers, Clarence, Owen and John Bucher, all of Cashtown. He was a son of the late George McClellan and Sarah Catherine Deardorff Bucher and was a lifelong resident of Franklin Twp. He was a member of Flohr’s Lutheran Church, the Moose Lodge of Gettysburg and the Cashtown Fire Company. Private funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3:00 at the Wilson Funeral Home, Fairfield, with burial in the church cemetery. His former pastor, Rev. Robert C Schiebel, Orefield, will officiate. There will be no viewing and the family requests that donations be made to the Heart Fund in lieu of flowers.
