Her first name seems to have been spelled many different ways, but usually just called Lou. Husband Frank, a railroad switchman killed in accident at work while in East St.Louis. She was living in Indianapolis, 1890-1920, with her daughter Martha Yoh Marson, Both were in Atlanta GA by 1928/29. She's in Jacksonville FL 1930-31.
