Judith Ann Baker, 45, Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 1993, in Chippewa Falls.
She was born Aug. 23, 1947, in Chippewa Falls, to Edward and Maxine (Kummer) Baker. She was stricken with polio at age 16 and became handicapped. She then taught herself how to paint and became an accomplished artist.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Maxine and George Harshman of Rock Falls, Ill.; her stepmother, Dorothy Baker of Bloomer; one sister, Darlene (Butch) Philipps of Bloomer; four brothers, Charles Baker of Saukville, Donald (Pat) Baker of Bloomer, James (Mary) Baker of Fond du Lac and William (Sally) Baker, of Saukville; seven nieces and five nephews; five great nieces and six great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with the Rev. Carson Timblin, officiating. Interment will be in the Bloomer City Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
