Eva Fay Wilson, age 89, of Denton passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Good Samaritan Village in Denton.
She was born May 27, 1921 in St. Paul, AR to Elmer and Maude Edens Vandeventer. She married James Clinton Wilson August 5, 1939 in Denton, TX. She was a homemaker and a member of the Belew Club. She was also a member of the Denton Church of Christ on Welch Street.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Jeanne Sparkman of Aubrey and Becky Elaine Mears of Decatur, AR; sisters, Dessie Wilson of Denton and Betty Adams of Fort Worth; brother, Elmer Vandeventer of Tulsa, OK; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clint and son, Jim.
Funeral Services will be 4 pm, Thursday, April 14, 2001 at the Denton Church of Christ on Welch Street. A private burial will be at a later date.
