Funeral services were held January 7, at Valley Funeral Home Chapel, in Eloy, Arizona. The Rev. Howard Russel, Picacho Baptist Church, officiated. Johnny is survived by his mother, Edna Tate of Picacho, AZ; his father Harold Tate of Picacho, AZ; his three sisters, Debbie, Elizabeth, Kathy, all of Picacho, AZ.
Johnny's death was an accidental drowning.
