JOSEPH A. BOUTIN
Joseph A. Boutin died suddenly yesterday at his work at Ben Mont Papers, Inc.
He was born at St. Juste, Canada on May 16, 1920. His parents were Eugene and Denage Thibeau Boutin. He came to Bennington from Canada in 1921. He attended Bennington High School and had been employed at Ben Mont Papers for about 13 years.
During World War II he was a medical technician in the 188th Station Hospital in Greenland.
He was married to Therese Betit on Sept 15, 1945 at Sacred Heart Church by Msgr. Joseph Campeau. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church and a committeeman for Troop 45 Boy Scouts of Sacred Heart Church.
He leaves his wife, two sons, Gary and Paul and a daughter, Donna. He also leaves his father, Eugene Boutin, three sisters, Mrs. Edward (Irene) Haskell of Bennington, Mrs. Henry (Marian) Howard of Bennington and Mrs. Francis (Antoinette) Silver of Bennington and five brothers, Rene, Louis A., Emile and Edward of Bennington and Gerard of Randena, Calif.; also nieces and nephews and cousins.
